Hackers let autonomous AI agents run a campaign against 1,200+ websites

According to The Hacker News, a Chinese-speaking group handed much of a hacking campaign to autonomous AI agents, hitting more than 1,200 websites with some breaches confirmed. AI control panels left open online exposed the operation, along with hundreds of leaked secrets.
